Lovely attic room, with sloped ceiling and great views across Southbourne. Wonderful sunsets and ideal for watching the Bournemouth Airshow in August. Double bed and seating area. Small wardrobe and hanging area. Brand new shower en-suite fitted April 2018. Please be advised this room has to be accessed up some some narrow and steep stairs, therefore is not suitable for those who can not manage steep stairs. Not suitable for children. Please also note that in hot weather this room gets very warm. We have a chiller fan and a normal fan, but please do not book if a warm room is an issue.
