A west facing room with lovely sunset and garden aspect. Large en-suite shower room. The shower itself is average size and may be a little small for a tall person.

Lovely attic room, with sloped ceiling and great views across Southbourne. Wonderful sunsets and ideal for watching the Bournemouth Airshow in August. Double bed and seating area. Small wardrobe and hanging area. Brand new shower en-suite fitted April 2018. Please be advised this room has to be accessed up some some narrow and steep stairs, therefore is not suitable for those who can not manage steep stairs. Not suitable for children.
